This website is operated by Moon Arts Printing. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Moon Arts Printing. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Accuracy of Products & Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, please note:

  • Screen vs. Print: Colors on your computer or mobile screen (RGB) may look slightly different from the final printed product (CMYK). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the final print.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Custom Orders & User Content

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for the high-quality images and correct spelling of text you provide for custom printing. We are not responsible for errors in spelling or low-resolution images provided by the customer.

  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
