Return & Refund Policy for Moon Arts Printing

At Moon Arts Printing, we strive to ensure that every custom product we create meets your expectations. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy differs from standard retail policies.
1. Custom & Personalized Items
Because our products (such as customized mugs, printed frames, cards, etc.) are specially made to your order with your personal details/photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Non-returnable items include:

Products with custom names, dates, or photos.

Digital downloads or design files.

Sale items or gift cards.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.

Reporting Period: You must report any damage within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

Proof: Please send us clear photos or a video of the damaged product via WhatsApp or Email.
Once confirmed, we will send you a free replacement. We usually do not ask for the damaged custom item to be shipped back to save you shipping costs.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the printing process may have started, and we will not be able to cancel or refund the order.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
In cases where a replacement is not possible, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days.
