What file formats do you accept for printing?
We prefer high-quality files to ensure the best print results. For logos and text, PDF, AI, or CDR (CorelDraw) files are best. For photos (like on mugs or flyers), please provide high-resolution JPG or PNG files. If you are unsure, just WhatsApp us your file, and we will check it for you
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on the product.
- Custom Mugs & Gifts: Usually ready in 1-2 days.
- Business Cards & Stationery: Typically take 3-5 working days.
- Urgent Orders: We do offer urgent printing services for an extra fee. Please contact us directly if you have a tight deadline.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! We specialize in wholesale and commercial printing. If you need a large quantity of Flex Banners, Pamphlets, or Business Cards, please contact us for a special discounted quote. The more you print, the less you pay per unit.
